Reflexology
Reflexology uses the feet to treat the whole body. The feet are a map of the body and by using manipulation and pressure to certain points, known as reflex points, can re-tune the body and bring it back into balance by stimulating the body’s own healing process.
What to expect on your visit

Before any initial treatment a full consultation will be carried out. The practitioner will ask questions regarding your general health, so please be prepared to answer them. Towels will be used to cover the areas of the body not being worked on.
Various types of massage mediums are available to use depending on your needs.
After your treatment, to ensure you gain maximum benefit the following is recommended:
- Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins
- Try to avoid any stimulants for a period of 24 hours
- Avoid eating a heavy meal
- Avoid strenuous exercise or activities
- Avoid heavy lifting
- Try to rest for the remainder of the day
Following the treatment you may experience cold-like symptoms, increased sweating, thirst and urination, and feeling tired or emotional. Sometimes physical symptoms can appear to be aggravated before they get better.
